What will the apprentice be doing?
You will learn to assist in providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers via telephone and email. You will acquire and develop the skills necessary to aid the department in supporting our national clients. Working as part of a small team to facilitate all planned and reactive works on Lifts, Escalators and Loading equipment focusing on a high level of customer service.
Not only will you gain an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, you will become competent to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and effective assistance to Pickerings Lifts Engineers and to our 13 Regional Office’s.
Develop and maintain effective external and internal customer relationships.
You will provide effective assistance to engineers, regional offices.
Provide administration assistance to the Central Customers Operations Administrators including: providing updates and estimate time of arrivals of engineer arriving on site.
Supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers.
