This is a newly created position, which will be a key role in helping Teesside University deliver on our apprenticeship growth ambitions by ensuring we create the right conditions to deliver high quality apprenticeships and maintain our Outstanding OFSTED grading.
What will you be doing?
With a focus on quality and learner experience, the role will assist in enhancing best practices in apprenticeship provision consistent with internal and external quality systems and measures, including OFSTED oversight and aligning with Apprenticeship and University Strategy.
You will provide critical input to support progress and attainment of all apprentices, including those with additional needs across all apprenticeship programmes by working with academic teams and apprenticeship quality coaches to embed appropriate and engaging teaching and learning strategies.
To achieve this you will develop, organise and deliver high quality workshops and learning resources to apprentices as part of Induction and on programme development, ensuring apprenticeship delivery meets quality standards, whilst leading on the development and delivery of training sessions to employers and delivery team colleagues as part of regular CPD offerings.
If you would like an informal conversation about the role, please contact Jo Burgess Director of Apprenticeships email: email@example.com
