Due to the expansion of our apprenticeship programmes within the school we have an administrative role available at the University to support Teesside University’s vision for quality and excellence in apprenticeships. The role involves the working in an administrative capacity to provide effective, efficient, and seamless processes which meet the needs of employers and students.
We are seeking individuals with drive, skills, and ‘can-do’ attitude to join us. As an Assistant Administrator, you will provide an efficient and effective customer-focused services as part of a small team.
You will be a natural administrator with a keen attention to detail and an ability to understand guidelines, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines, instilling a best-practice approach and high levels of service delivery and customer service excellence.
Experience within a Higher Education Institution and knowledge of apprenticeships would be beneficial.
