Job Description
Overall Objective:
Undertaking reactive and planned works to public sector, social housing and retail clients, working in existing and refurbished properties, undertaking decorating as directed.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Undertake works to a high standard
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer care
- Provide information to the office to allow estimates to be submitted for works outside of client budgets
- Submission of daily and weekly paperwork accurately and on time

Experience & Qualifications:
- Possession of NVQ / City and Guilds or relevant recognised painting and decorating qualifications
- At least two years working experience as a decorator in public buildings and/or residential properties
- Time served
