What will the apprentice be doing?
- Investigate minor IAV incidents in accordance with established procedures
- Assists users with AV equipment
- Contribute towards AV installation work
- Contribute to the integration of IT equipment, services and protocols within AV systems and vice versa
- Contributes to the download and preparation of video content to be sent to external examiners
- Be proficient with Microsoft teams and Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Contribute to the programming of AV control systems
- Understand the elements that make up an AV system
- Understand TCP/IP Networking and Microsoft Windows
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 5 Audiovisual
- One day per week day release
- Online delivery
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.
