What will the apprentice be doing?
As an Business Administration Apprentice, you will play a meaningful part in ensuring both our employees and clients are supported on a day to day basis, whilst reporting to the Business Operations Manager.
Day to day roles and responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephones
- Tracking incoming and outgoing post
- Day to day printing, filing and processing of documents
- General reception duties
- Supporting project managers with typing quotations
- Copy typing
- Booking travel and accommodation for staff
- Financial processes
- Proposals / Projects
- Coaching Others
- Lead and Manage Projects
- Minutes of meetings
- Logistics
- Arranging bookings for any meeting rooms and ensure any subsequent food / beverage requirements are met
- Undertaking any other admin related tasks as may reasonably be required
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Day release at Middlesbrough College
- On and off-the-job training
- Working towards Business Administraion Level 3 Standard
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.
