Job Description

This is an ideal opportunity for those who are interested in business admin. You’ll be expected to take on a range of duties so, if you’re an organised individual with an ambitious attitude, then this is the perfect career opportunity for you.

Duties will include:

  • Call prospective leads and promote training courses
  • Setup training room ready for training courses, including printing out materials
  • Maintain accurate records of learners’ attendance
  • Sign learners in at start of training courses
  • Maintain accurate list of assets given to trainers and sign back in marking any deductions
  • Communicate with trainers and book them in to deliver courses
  • Promotional activities including use social media to promote courses, mainly Facebook, blog and email marketing campaign using MailChimp
  • Email communications to perspective learners
  • Send out pre-course materials
  • Maintain accurate records of learners, trainers and prospects
  • Order training course materials in preparation for the courses
  • Cross sell other training packages, offers and services
