Job Description

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Financial documents and inputting this data onto the system
  • Produce and compose letters and emails
  • Guest interaction and communication – telephone and email
  • Responses – Also communication with social media and apps such as booking.com and Airbnb
  • Dealing with queries and any complications that they may been
  • Usage of IT systems such as MS Tools, word, excel etc.
  • Minute taking of meetings
  • Organising trips and events for the company such as networking events
  • Use the businesses systems such as ‘Asana’ and assigning the tasks to that particular staff member
  • Collecting data and allocating timesheets to each property
  • Thinking of ways and methods to improve the businesses
  • Attend and participate in regular meetings
  • Staff member will also be expected to take responsibility and train others regarding their job role

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • One day per week day release
  • Middlesbrough College

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available
