We have a new opportunity for a permanent Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client’s Team who have recently been voted Commercial Property Team of the year for the 3rd time! This role is based in Stockton with an attractive salary and benefits package on offer.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a mixed case load of commercial sales, purchases, site acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, development work and corporate support
- Drafting and negotiating legal documentation including agreements for lease, leases, contracts for sale, deeds of grant, bespoke overage agreements, options, and conditional contracts
- Involvement in business development with a view to developing professional relationships and growing their client base
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a commercial property or residential property role
- Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication and client care skills
- Confident working to deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
