Our staff are skilled, high performing and committed to our learners and we now wish to appoint a dynamic Communication Support Worker who shares this commitment.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to level 3 in British Sign Language, have experience communicating to deaf learners, preferably in an educational setting, be a good communicator and able to support students to achieve the best of their ability. There will also be occasions of supporting students who do not have a hearing impairment. The role will mainly be based at the Stockton campus but travel to the Billingham campuses may be required.
