Working closely with the Creative Producer and ‘Community Collaborators’ you will build on the current programme, helping to identify gaps in the offer, nurturing existing relationships and building new ones.
You will build sustainable relationships and develop entry points for identified communities who experience obstacles in accessing creative activities and will help to realise work of strong artistic calibre, which supports communities, and chimes with Borderlands’ ambitions to ensure residents in Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland actively collaborate in making and sharing the rich culture of our communities.
