Job Description
We are recruiting a Cost Accountant to join a leading energy and industrial solutions company, in a full-time permanent role, based in Stockton-on-Tees.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, reporting, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial plans, budgets, and reports
- Management of cost reporting and reconciliations
- Supporting Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation
- Working closely with stakeholders and external clients
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements:
- CIMA or ACCA (part-qualified or qualified)
- Experience in cost accounting and variance analysis
- Proficiency in SAP and Power BI (desirable)
- Industry experience in Oil & Gas, manufacturing, or engineering (preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
