Post: Digital Maintenance & Development Technician
Salary: Scale 5 / 6 – £24,576 – £29,331
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Location: St. Mark’s House, with options for agile working
Applications are invited for the post of Digital Maintenance & Development Technician, working within Digital Services. This is an exciting new role, with responsibilities maintaining and developing Law Enforcement Data Service (LEDS) and M365 systems within the force.
The successful applicant will be responsible for configuring and supporting system change, constructing and delivering changes with IT colleagues, coordinating system and user testing and generally supporting the day-to-day development and maintenance of the systems. The introduction of these two systems into the force represents a significant change, and there is an opportunity for the successful candidate to shape the way in which the force works in future years.
Experience and knowledge of these systems is beneficial, but training is provided where required.
