What you need to know about the role
As the Engineering Planner you will support a team of maintenance engineers across a 24/7 operation. You will be responsible for planning all planned routine maintenance and arising repair tasks.
Working closely with operations and technical colleagues you will plan all machine maintenance to ensure all plant servicing timelines are achieved and production downtime is minimised.
You will attend weekly plant planning meetings with updates of the maintenance scheduling, with independent work and in a team, developing work orders.
What we need to know about you
Electrical engineering knowledge would be adventageous along with significant experience of planning and auditing maintenance activities.
With a can do attitude you will have considerable planning experience and ideally will come from a medium to heavy engineering background. You will be proficient in the use of the SAP PM module and Microsoft Project.
We need someone with an understanding of engineering techniques and knowledge of reliability centred maintenance.
You should be qualified to BTEC/HND or equivalent.
