Job Description
Overall Objective:
To work in and around existing, refurbished properties and sites undertaking various general operative duties as directed. To drive between sites delivering materials as and when required.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive to and from various sites delivering materials and resources as required on behalf of the tradesmen
- Collect and deliver kitchen units to required sites on a timely basis
- Deliver materials such as skim/ plaster and brickwork as required
- Assist in the dismantling of kitchens and bathrooms
- Assist with minor demolition work
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer care towards residents

Experience & Qualifications:
- Multi Skilled – preferable
- Valid driving licence essential

- Good level of physical fitness required due to heavy manual lifting and carrying of materials and stock items
- Team player
- Takes pride in the quality of their workmanship
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Good time management skills
- Good organisational skills
