Our staff are skilled, high performing and committed to our learners and we now wish to appoint a dynamic Group Site Manager who shares this commitment.

 

Leading the day to day operation of the estates teams across the groups properties you will have extensive people management experience and excellent interpersonal skills with a desire to create effective and efficient teams.

 

You will have a strong understanding of compliance both legal requirements and internal policies and process and a good understanding of operational budget management.

 

The ability to support and deputise for the Group Head of Estates with effective decision making to ensure that the facilities provided exceed student, staff and client expectations at all times.
