Job Description

Leinster Property are seeking a new member of staff to help run our new short term lets and serviced apartments. 

These are residential properties let on a hotel type basis. 

In addition to assisting with the management of our short term lets the new member of staff will also assist the office manager in day to day office and administration tasks. 

 Duties will include. 

  • Marketing of short term lets. 
  • Management of Hotel and property software including working on platforms like Booking.com & Airbnb. 
  • Management of Short Term Lets Diary including pricing. 
  • Ensuring properties are kept to a high standard to ensure guest satisfaction. 
  • Checking in & Out Guests. 
  • Stock control and cleaning requirements for serviced apartments. 
  • Flexible working hours including online management of booking platforms. 
  • Working closely with the office manager towards continuously improving apartments including some interior design and improvement ideas. 
  • Assisting and working with office staff to help with general office and administration tasks. 

Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

Open to all applicants. 

  • We are looking for someone who is ambitious. 
  • Has attention to detail. 
  • Can work on their own initiative. 
  • A willingness to be hands on. 
  • Driving licence and own vehicle would be beneficial. 

Working Pattern:

Working from the office at 86 Yarm Lane, Stockton and working at the serviced apartments which are close to the office and based near Stockton Town centre. 

Typically 10am to 4.30pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  

Flexi Time and home working possibly available some of the time.
