An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources Department reporting to our HR Team Leader. The position is full-time, with an anticipated start date of late November 2024. Our Human Resources department is fast paced with a team who work with a real sense of togetherness.
As a HR Coordinator with Etc. you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR administrative support service across the group, ensuring that all pre-employment safer recruitment requirements are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
The ideal candidate will be organised and have excellent IT and problem-solving skills, the ability to work to high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, be willing to learn and develop, and importantly will align with the mission and values of the group.
Previous HR experience is not necessary as full training will be provided to ensure that the HR Coordinator is able to provide a high quality, customer focussed and confidential HR administrative service, to employees, managers and external customers.
