Job Description

Robinsons Tees Valley are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic apprentice to join their team as a Business Administration apprentice. The successful candidate will gain a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

Robinsons Tees Valley is a highly reputable firm of independent residential estate agents which has established its position as one of the leading estate agents in the Tees Valley with 5 offices based in Stockton, Middlesbrough, Ingleby Barwick, Darlington & Hartlepool.

What will the apprentice be doing?

The apprentice will carry out the following duties:

  • Reception duties
  • Branch invoicing
  • Booking viewings
  • Booking evaluations
  • Organising and taking minutes at monthly internal meetings
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound emails and phone calls
  • Greeting customers into the branch
  • Filing and task management
  • Using the CRM to register clients
  • Project management (developing service levels and KPI’s)
  • Assisting the team with landlord/tenant complaints
  • Informing other colleagues of new systems and implementations
  • Pulling off weekly sub-contracting reports and analysing them

  • On and off the job training
  • Day release at Middlesbrough College
  • Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.

GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade C/4 or Above) Essential
