Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Rotating Equipment)

Job Description

Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician confident overhauling and maintaining all types of rotating equipment diagnose and correcting plant equipment problems? If so, we could have the perfect role for you!

We are recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Rotating Equipment) to work for our client and seconded to Wilton project site on a permanent basis.
 
Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot equipment problems/failures and determine actions required to prevent re-occurrence.
• Lead, organise and execute engineering tasks, including Codal compliant work
• Use SAP to create and close notifications and order materials

Requirements:

• Time served with relevant petrochemical industry experience
• Experience for major overhaul of the main machines:
  • Reciprocating and centrifugal compressors
  • Cryogenic canned pumps
  • Normal boiler feedwater / brine / effluent centrifugal pumps
  • HP / N2 compressors
• General mechanical skills including joint making
