Job Description
The role holder will be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors to the NHC. They will perform various reception desk duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails and enquiries, handling mail, and providing general support.
Working with the admin team, they will also support core functions of the NHC e.g. CPD, visitor greeting & management, sign posting.
Applicants should have recent administrative experience and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should have good IT skills, be able to multitask and work collaboratively and flexibly.
