Responsibilities:
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager
- Perform various clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Manage and organize files, documents, and records
- Assist with data entry, including updating and maintaining databases
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Maintain communications with customers, operatives and driver
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager
- Manage the operation of the Weighbridge facility
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a weighbridge facility and in an office environment; confident in the use of various software programs. Please note that this is a part-time position with a working pattern over a 2 week period. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
