Outwood Academy Ormesby seeks applications from outstanding leaders with integrity, determination and energy for this rewarding new role. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, driven professionals to join our Trust.
These new roles of Pastoral Lead of Upper or Lower school will provide strong support to the Vice Principals ensuring strong pastoral leadership across lower school KS3 or upper school KS4 year groups. These roles play an important strategic role in leading initiatives to improve the attainment, attendance, and behaviour of students across the key stage year groups you lead be it lower KS3 or upper KS4 school.
We are seeking outstanding candidates who can realise the highest possible quality of pastoral leadership to support our educational vision. Your strong leadership of students and staff and ability to provide effective support to colleagues will enable the academy to achieve the best possible outcomes for all of our students and foster students’ positive engagement in school life .
