We are recruiting a Payroll Manager on behalf of a global leader in speciality materials, renowned for innovative solutions in material science. You will be overseeing the entire UK payroll function across multiple sites, including:
- Managing payroll reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Ensuring compliance with legislative reporting and accurate submissions
- Administering pensions and handling international payrolls
- Overseeing annual pay reviews and system upgrades
You will have:
- A degree in Payroll or Finance with multi-site experience is desirable
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and pension processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP Business Objects
- Experience managing complex payrolls and confidential data
- Familiarity with iTrent is an advantage
