Job Description
Hiring an experienced Planner / Project Controls Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation) for our client based in Billingham, for UK and Europe projects on a full-time permanent basis.
Working within oil and gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, mining, power and renewables, industrial and manufacturing, and commercial and retail, our client provides specialist E&I, engineering construction, commissioning and maintenance services.
As Planner / Production Controls Engineer you will:
- Be responsible for the development of the overall project controls infrastructure and design and develop reports to identify problem areas and recommend corrective action
- Manage performance measurement activities on all aspects of the project
- Provide technical and operational support to project controls staff
- Review and approve all project cost forecasts and progress reports
Requirements:
The suitable candidate will ideally be degree qualified along with experience in E&I planning and proficient in using project planning software Primavera P3 & P6.
