Are you a seasoned engineering professional with a passion for driving innovation and operational excellence? We are seeking an ambitious Production Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic team and play a crucial role in executing engineering requirements across our business.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Profduction Engineering Manager will oversee the full spectrum of engineering activities, including research, design, implementation, product development, testing, manufacturing, innovation, and project coordination. You will ensure that all engineering work is executed efficiently and safely, maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

**Engineering Leadership:** Lead and manage the engineering process from concept to implementation, refining development approaches, and conducting rigorous testing.

**Production Standards:** Establish and maintain production standards, including welding, processing, and equipment operations, to optimize efficiency and quality.

**Team Management:** Direct and mentor the Engineering/Technical Team, assigning tasks, providing leadership, and fostering team development.

**Process Optimization:** Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment and material utilization, enhancing overall production output.

**New Product Development:** Lead the team in developing innovative products, solutions, and processes to meet evolving market demands.

**Cost Management:** Create and oversee project budgets, implementing cost-effective strategies to support business profitability.

**Safety and Compliance:** Ensure all engineering processes comply with quality, safety, and health standards, fostering a positive safety culture.

**Stakeholder Engagement:** Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives.

**Project Management:** Plan and execute engineering projects efficiently, meeting timelines and quality expectations.

What can you Bring

 **Education:** Bachelor’s or master’s degree in manufacturing/engineering or related field.

**Experience:** Proven track record in the engineering field with expert-level knowledge.

**Analytical Skills:** Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization.

**Leadership Qualities:** Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.

**Communication Skills:** Effective verbal and written communication skills, including conflict resolution abilities.

**Organizational Skills:** Detail-oriented with impeccable organizational skills to manage budgets, schedules, and employees effectively.

**Certifications:** Engineering qualifications and professional accreditations are desirable.

**Industry Experience:** Background in Monopile or Wind Turbine industry preferred.

**Managerial Experience:** Previous experience in a managerial role within manufacturing or related industry, leading and developing teams.

**Strategic Thinking:** Strategic mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

**Adaptability:** Flexible attitude with a willingness to explore new approaches and technologies.
