Job Description

Our staff are skilled, high performing and committed to our learners and we now wish to appoint a dynamic Progress Coach who shares this commitment.


As the ideal candidate, you will have recent experience of working with the 16 – 19 age group and will be able to demonstrate an ability to motivate them towards achieving academic goals within English. You will have a thorough understanding of what it takes to identify and work on student’s areas of development and you will be able to engage your students using a variety of approaches.

This role is fixed term until July 2023.


The closing date for receipt of completed application is midnight 7th Aug 2022.


Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide details of all unspent convictions and those that would not be filtered, prior to the date of the interview.  Successful applicants will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure by the DBS.
