Job Description

Overall Objective:

To assist with the organisation, coordination and management of Quality Assurance within Esh Group.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with Esh Group staff, clients, supply chain and associated businesses to ensure smooth coordination of training and development
  • Scanning and storage of documents
  • To maintain accurate records for all QA documents within field view and viewpoint
  • Providing support within the HSEQ Department
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of all relevant Management system including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001 
  • Assist the Quality Manager with office and site-based audits
  • Ensuring monthly tasks are completed to meet deadlines
  • Ensure professional communication at all times
  • Conducting internal audits and inspections
  • Collaborate with site management and construction teams to address QA issues and implement corrective actions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Manage own time to achieve all targets are met

  • Participation with the apprenticeship framework; including college attendance, on-site assessments and testing, where required

  • Quality of reporting 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • IT literate including knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Full valid UK driving licence desirable
