Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planning and Scheduling Engineer to join our client based in Teesside for a long-term position, offering an attractive salary and benefits.
The successful candidate will support the planning and coordinate of the construction phases of the project and work with the client to define the site interfaces for the portfolio of works carried out across the whole site.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, maintenance and monitoring of schedules and associated documents
- Implement the planning systems
- Assist with the development of subcontractor schedules
- Analyse and review contractor schedules and resource loading (quantity, equipment, manpower)
- Review and approve subcontractors progress and incorporate schedules into project master schedule
- Development and maintenance of schedule forecast
- Develop interface schedules for the portfolio of works care out across the site
Requirements:
- HNC or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Extensive experience in oil & gas project controls / planning in all project phases
- Experience in managing construction schedules, turnaround events and knowledge of turnaround methodology
- Proficient in the use of Primavera P6
