Job Description

Our client is seeking a Service Administrator to support their busy service department by planning and scheduling engineers, obtaining supplier quotes, and managing key administrative processes.

This permanent full-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and experience in service coordination or administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and allocate work for a team of service engineers
  • Act as a liaison between engineers, suppliers, and customers
  • Maintain and update client service contracts and job documentation
  • Track job budgets, flagging potential overruns to management
  • Process warranty claims and assist in preparing risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in service coordination or administration
  • Industry experience in HVAC or engineering is preferred but not essential
  • Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, CLIK or similar service management software beneficial)
  • Excellent attention to detail, initiative, and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with engineers and suppliers
