We are seeking an experienced Telesales/showroom assistant to join our team in engaging potential customers over the phone and in our showroom. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales efforts through effective communication and telemarketing strategies.
Duties
– Contact potential customers via telephone to promote products or services
– Use telemarketing scripts to provide information about offerings and handle objections
– Record customer details including the products we sell
– Obtain and document customer information such as name and address.
– Follow up on leads generated from marketing.
Skills
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is advantageous
– Previous experience in the home improvement, solar and renewable technologies is advantageous
