What will the apprentice be doing?
Working as part of our technical support and development team, this customer-facing role will see you deliver service support to
- resolve customer incidents as they arise
- analyse and modify logic in existing applications
- test solutions before they’re implemented
- update and enhance existing systems
You’ll work on a large well-known public sector account and be able to learn from some of the industry’s most skilled professionals, making this is a fantastic opportunity to test and develop your technical skills.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The apprenticeship will blend on the job experience, workshops and online learning, leading to the following qualifications:
- BCS Certificate in Software Development Context and Methodologies
- BCS Certificate in Programming
- Level 3 Software Development Technician apprenticeship
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We offer apprentices a permanent contract from day one.
We hire apprentices at post GSCE / A-Level – but if you do well on your apprenticeship and want to carry on learning, the business may support you to move onto the next level of apprenticeship – up to Level 6 – a degree level apprenticeship, where your role allows
