Our staff are skilled, high performing and committed to our learners and we now wish to appoint a dynamic Technical Support Lead who shares this commitment.


We have a newly created role and an opportunity for you to join our Technical Support team. We need you to supervise and coordinate the four members of the Technical Support Team providing a full support service to the users of the Group’s IT systems and services.


As our new Technical Support Lead, you will work alongside the Service Desk Supervisor to ensuring that an outstanding service is provided to users and is delivered in line with the departments service level agreement.


Within this role you will also work closely with the wider IT Support team on the escalation of service desk tickets and on various projects and deployments ensuring that the Technical Support Team are trained and ready to support new systems or solutions and that they are delivered on time.


This role requires a dynamic and proactive person with excellent customer service skills and a “can do” attitude. Our ideal candidate should be highly motivated, organised, and able to effectively supervise the Technical Support Team.
