Job Description
Hiring a Buyer for Capital Projects to be based in the Northeast (ideally Teesside or Co. Durham) in a permanent role with the option for hybrid working, for our client based in Newton Aycliffe.
You will have senior buyer or capital project experience ideally within the chemical, oil and gas, or energy sectors, giving you a good understanding of major project procurement strategy and best practices, and an ability to fully procure capital equipment and bulk materials for mechanical, electrical and C&I requirements.
You will also have experience negotiating T&Cs with CIPS being an advantage.
